This product is prepared with fresh choice pork, treated with salt, pepper, spices and mulled with Barbaresco wine. It is packed in natural casing and expertly bound by hand in order to exalt its unmistakable flavours through slow and accurate seasoning.

The ingredients are taken from an old traditional country recipe used by grandfather Gino.
