Kamut spaghetti with cheek of pork

Kamut Spaghetti mit cheek of pork (guanciale). Cut the guanciale into little slices and brown it in a pan with onion, garlic, white wine and tomaten. In the meantime prepare the pasta. Place the spaghetti onto the pan and serve all together.
